Experience and Education
- As a career coach with over 10 years of experience, I hold a Master's degree from George Washington University (GWU) with over 30 years of leadership experience, including my time as an Air Force Officer, where I led diverse, geographically dispersed teams, I have honed my skills in guiding and motivating people. I am augmenting my expertise by pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. This step reflects my dedication to mastering leadership complexities in various organizational settings.
- My leadership journey is further enriched by participating in the CEO program at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. This experience has given me valuable insights into executive management and strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
- I am certified as a John Maxwell Coach and a Dream Manager, and I am a proud graduate and alumnus of the Bell Leadership Institute's Leadership Roundtable. These accomplishments highlight my deep commitment to learning and effectively applying leadership principles. Additionally, my experiences as a business owner and as a Technical Training Instructor for the USAF add a multifaceted perspective to my understanding of leadership and organizational dynamics.
